Ok, so the could be admissible, but I think we should make a distinction between "admissible" and "useful". I gotta think any lawyer could make a convincing argument if you want to plead that they weren't yours or were manufactured. Probably want to mention it to your lawyer and see if she can petition the judge just in case.
