i think sticking to recovery is important, you should never let go of that... its just as important as school. both are stressfull but just remember to take it a day at a time. i have the same issue as you with having more b/p cycles when school is around, but just do your best to stay strong with recovery, if you can't keep up with both, be easy on yourself and give your mind a rest. stop thinking about school and food for a day. take a long hot bath or go for a walk. do things to keep your mind off of the pressures of school and food, and maybe after a while of practising that, you'll think about the two subjecs less, and you'll be able to get that much closer to recovery.
