I agree too. If you haven't started up with regular visits to a doc you have confidence in & who, if you can find one, has expertise in eating disorders, you should do so. This is an imperative step towards recovery! Also, it's really normal for your body to react the way it is (as if in shock) now that you are treating it a little better. Things will ease off and normalize again. This whole process is called "refeeding". Do you have a good therapist? It's a bumpy road towards health. Accept all the help that's offered & that you can find!
