I'm gunna be seen by someone from Transitions soon, but that's not what I want tips about, I just wanted to say.
What do the Transitions Service do anyway, Asess you before putting you into Therapy if you need it?
I want tips on how to cheer yourself up, and get motivated.
Maintaining motivation is hard for me.
I can get all excited over an idea or event, but the next day I think, what's the point? or that it's stupid, or that I'm not worth it.
So, any motivation and feel good tips?
I just feel so heavy, like I wanna lie down and not carry myself anymore, or shed this body and walk into abother life.
I can't even get excited about my GCSE results.
