I have allergies too and really dislike using the stronger creams and I do know what you mean about the meds. In a sense it does make us dependent on the doctors but in no way does it make us weak, I think the theory of chemical imbalance has a lot going for it re. taking meds (if you had diabetes would you label yourself as weak for taking life saving meds )....Hope this helps
