I am so sorry. I want you to know that bone cancer is not an automatic pain and death sentence. I knew, until very recently a remarkable woman of advanced age who had both breasts removed due to cancer and it went to the bone. She lived a very long time with brittle blackened bones and a stroke and a broken hip and she died recently from something else, yes the cancer had weakened her to that state but I had her for nearly 16 years. I am so sorry and I hope that you can give your friend love and support and tell her how much she means to you. It's always a surprise when someone tells us that we made a difference in their life. Good luck to you all.
