In so many ways I am in a bettter place than I have been and yet I am in a tricky place to be dealing with some of the crazy s. r. a. stuff that was in my family.

Abuse is so bad but the coven stuff is soo sick and twisted that it makes me ill just trying to deal with it all.

Coming here has allowed me to find more freedom to let myself be in the littles place and let them communicate. I finally realized my spouses rejection of the diagnosis of DID has been holding me back from doing the necessary work. I have been trying to be his people pleaser and its time for me to do what will help me deal with this miserable crap and recover from it.

Each one of you adds such a unique note of kindness and cameraderie that helps so much. Thank you for all your sweet hugs and kind words and funny sense's of humor in other postings.
