Throw the pack away that is in your car. It isn't worth it, having a temptation around. Do you have a "buddy", someone who is a non-smoker or an "ex"smoker to help you through this IRL?

I've never smoked, but I helped a friend quit. Chewing gum works well for the oral fixation apparently. And sometimes you'll switch "addictions" to something like coffee. But that really isn't *that* bad for you.

One day at a time. (Which I so dislike as an expression from AA) ... but yes, rewarding yourself is good. Any money/change you save up from not buying cigarettes... put it in a jar instead. Then at the end of a week (for example), buy yourself a present with some/all of it. You'd be amazed how much money you have after giving up something!

(((((((((((((Bebop))))))))))))))))) Love you lots!
