last night i had a migraine over my left eye .... had a glass of red wine with dinner .... came on suddenlyat friends house ... had to get home, felt like throwing up, lay with warm waterbottle on head ( ) and went to sleep, this morning feel shaky and groggy and tummy off it ....

just hav to have quiet and dark with migraine .... jx
