That certainly sucks...no doubt about it.

Here's a suggestion for you and Kate the next time you are in an office waiting to see a doctor (or anyone). If someone starts discussing issues that make you feel bad, angry, sad, whatever.....and you are having difficulties blocking it out, please...go to the reception desk and tell them you are uncomfortable sitting there hearing the talk and is there somewhere else you can wait to see the doctor. 9 times out of 10, the office staff will do what they can to help you feel comfortable and take you out of the situation. Easy enough done and problem solved!
