Ty... when i cut it isn't to end my life... sometimes in a really warped way it helps me from getting to that place... last night i just got really triggered and when i do that the urge to Si gets the best of me...you are right sometimes it feels like the only way to deal with the stress is to cut (but last night it wasn't suicidal just self destructive ) .... lyn
