luckyyouxx,
that can be one of the hardest places for women to slim down, because we tend to hold on to weight around our mid-section to protect our reproductive organs.

The best thing you can do is make sure you are eating enough (at least 1200 cals a day) and eat a diet low in fat, high in lean protein, and avoid alcohol.

Exercise will help that of course - cardio and weights. Spot reducing doesn't really work but crunches and ab exercises will build up your muscle......muscle burns more calories than fat.

Be patient as it can take a while of consistent effort so try not to get discouraged if you don't see immediate results.
Also, measure your waist to tell if you are getting results, because sometimes if you're building muscle you won't lose pounds but you will lose inches.

Most of all, don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you are beautiful just the way you are.....try not to compare yourself to the impossible ideals of society. Make it your goal to be the healthiest you can possibly be....you are worth it.

(sorry - didn't mean to ramble on so long.)
