One of the people I know is forcing me to tell my parents about me cutting. If I don't they will. I'm so scared. My youth group leader is going to be with me for support, but I'm still so scared. I have no idea how to tell them or how to make them understand. I'm not sure if I ccan handle it. I know it would be better for them to hear it from me but I'm not sure I can. I hate this. I'm supposed to tell them Monday and it's only Friday and I'm already freaking out. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
