Heeyah in New Hampshah we almost always see leaves starting to turn late in August and this year is no exception. There are a few trees that go early....mostly the poplars......then the rest start by mid September. But geesh...down south to start this early?? YIKES.....it has to be because of the drought....and I'll bet they won't be as vibrant in color as they normally may be Too little or too much rain can mess up the colors.
