Welcome to PC Over.,
Sharing with others on here can help some as you realize you are not alone and not the only one who has problems.
Just one tool that helps me when I'm down and struggling is to write a daily Gratitude List. I decide how many items to put on it - usually 5 or 10 things and I sit down and write them out. All the way from profound things to tiny little things. Practicing this small discipline has helped me get my perspective changed and it also lifts my mood after a few days. It causes me to realize the good things of my life and that helps counter that negative voice in my head that looks too closely at what is not going so well.
So much of what we think is an actual choice. So, choose good and it really lifts your mood.
Someone mentioned doing service for others - no matter how small and it will help you too.
Hope something helps you soon.
Leslie
