It starts at home or ends at home. Bullies are created either by home life or by opportunity.

nowhere, I know about Police work, I come from Police family, me my son, my nephew, my brother and my cousin, all Police or former Police. We were taught to meet violence with just enough escalation to halt it. Just a bit higher to stay in control. What you said is spot on.
