If you hit a lick at a snake you will have done something. Instead of an hour twice a day what about starting out 15 minutes.
Take a nice break and then back to it for another 15. Sort stuff into piles of Keep, Give away, Throw away and Repair. Make a game of it. Imagine how much your not needed second [or third or fourth] whatever could help the person you are giving it to. You can take stuff to Good Will and they will give you a reciept so you can claim it on your taxes!!!
