It has been quite a while since I've heard voices. They mainly happen only if I'm un-medicated or mis a few doses or the like. That, and visual hallucinations. But tonight I heard a bunch of distinct voices shout at the same time, but realized there was nobody around. I had thought they were outside, but no- only crickets. Now I don't want to fall asleep and silly me I took benedryl for itching/allergies and can barely stay awake!
