I'm going to see my T. in California next Sunday, strange thing to do - fly round the world to see a T.

Thanks so much to the people ;here who first gave me the help and info about Walnut Creek..
It felt so supportive and I felt less ovewhelmed, the trip seems really very doable.

Its a mission, and i do think why do I behave so oddly in my life, no-one, no one else does these things. But it all makes sense to me, its just at times I dont believe myself and feel terrified, like i'm doing this, but I've got nothing at all inside.

I wanted to touch base here and get some support.....
