It's been four days since I self injured and today ( not a good day) I did it!! Just could not take it anymore, the last four days were hard not to cut- I wanted to so bad and now today I cut and I cut. Almost like im not even here but another person is in my body cutting me- im so depressed and lonely. Trying to get all the pain out.  :Bang-Head::Speechless:
