yea.. lonliness. Depression isn't going to go away anytime soon anyway. I resisted taking the effexor because I'm so afraid of gaining weight. I spent 10 years at around 300 lbs so after losing over 100 lbs, I don't want to go backwards. I'm scared to death of going backwards. I thought the fog would lift with diet and exercise... so I've blown it out in the last 11 months.....

I don't think I can tolerate it anymore. I'd like to pour myself in a bottle of Stoli's and work my way up from the bottom..... but yea.. you guessed it.. I'm afraid I'd gain weight. :Bang-Head:
