Whats the matter with me today??? everywhere l go triggers all around me and the urge to cut is so bad. Have not done in almost two days but the flashabcks just keep coming and wont stop cant cut dont want to cut but oh how can l make them stop. Dont want to keep reliving how can l make them stop???????????? Want to scream and scream NO CUTTING NOT TODAY!!!!!!! yesyerday so much better why flashbacks so bad today???
