Thanks for the advice, I accidentally missed 2 doses this week and yesterday I felt awful...until I'd taken a tablet.

It doesn't fill me with confidence to be honest and it is something I'm quite apprehensive about but it's something that I need to do. I'm going to have a bit of time off the booze and then speak to my doctor.
