Thanks to everyone who has responded to my post.
I do excersize, it used to be 5 times a week but since wanting to recover from Bulimia I only seem to go once a week, max 3 times if I can fit it in. I was just wondering what specific excersizes or diets would target that middle area, as I've done crunches sooo many times over a long period but all it has done is build strong muscle, the fat is still chillin over it, with no muscle to be seen, only felt when i flex.
