SI...that stands for self injury...not self improvement...you know this,,you bare scars...from the cuts and from the pain that moves you to injure...

But you also know that by talking about it,,with us,,with your professional support and most importantly with yourself,,that by self injuring you will be continuing the pain and shame cycle...

By resisting and seeking the seeds to this "need" to self injure,,,you will be breaking the cycle and begin to heal.

You are NOT invisible and you are not part of my perceptions,,you are real,,you are important and you are worth every keystroke you make,,,
