I would consider the Anafranil and Prozac to be potientally dangerous together. Prozac can interfere with the metabolism of tricyclic antidepressants; lethal cases of Prozac and Elavil (another tricyclic) are widely known. I'd recommend checking with you pharmacist. Oh, and no grapefruit juice with the Anafranil either, can increase the levels. Remember folks, tricylics are easy to over dose on.
