Hi Everyone
I'm in college and it's the first week of classes. And already I feel overwhelmed and burnt out. I wake up with anxiety attacks.....heart beating fast.....thoughts racing......body shaking....paranoia...etc Today, I dragged my ____ out of bed and started to busy myself with my homework. The anxiety lessened until I looked at the different class assignments and that's when my anxiety level increased.
How do I manage my anxiety levels and stress while in school so that I don't burn out easily?
