Muffy's got good thoughts and ideas. I'd make plans and schedule work; for me, writing plans down gets the free floating anxiety out of my head and makes me feel like I'm doing something constructive.
You might look at your classes and see if there's one or two you want to drop or change?
This morning first thing I wrote two pages of "Little things bothering me" and just getting them all together and on a piece of paper where I could see them was a big help.
