This is still something I struggle with. Sometimes I try to stay a step ahead of myself, doing gentle things like coloring mandalas or other things I find soothing. I try to spend a lot of time outside because that grounds me. Basically, I try to stay out of the ANGRY place, because that's when I tend to lose it.
When I do get ANGRY, I try to do something else....write, or call T, or post on here. But I'm not very good yet at managing it, and it's hard to resist the urges. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I'm still learning.
x_BabyG_x is doing REALLY well. I bet she will have some ideas for you.
