For me organization and a plan work best for this type of anxiety. If I have an organized list of everything and a plan of action on how it is going to get done I feel a bit better and more confident that I'm not going to forget or have enough time. Now deep breath, big hug, and hopes that the course load is enough to make you learn (because that is what you are paying for right

)but not enough so that you feel like you are drowning.
