I've experienced a lot of this over the years - especially relating to "feeling" energy from others. Some are very warm, others are cold or mean. It's not always sensed from every person you meet - perhaps because not all people are strong with giving out their energy. I have a dear friend who's a writer and believes in drawing and giving energy and "light" - it has done wonders for her.
