I was triggered, this morning my head is bleeding where i have scratched it red raw .... i cant remember doing it .....

last night WM and Selfy helped me ..... i remember posting the above post, but dont remember much about talking to WM and Selfy, bit scared today, never happened before where i dont remember what i've said or done

i'm going to talk to t about it on Tuesday ......

i really dont understand how all of this works ..... i dont understand how me, Kerry can log on to here, triggered, and say stuff and do stuff without knowing .... i'm quite scared of the whole thing actually ....... as much as i read on DID i still don't understand it....

how can my little one know what to do and how to type ...... will someone please explain this to me ...is part of Kerry conscious to be able to do this? sorry i know i'm dumb ....
