Having mood swings or mood disorders are nothing to be ashamed of if that's the case. If you are having bigtime problems with your moods like I think you are saying you might want to see a psychiatrist or a therapist of some kind so that you can get some relief and not feel so distressed. Also, you might want to talk to your boyfriend about how you feel, too. I know and many others here, too, know how hard it is to go through mood swings and you are understood and not alone.
