Yay, hugs!

My personal favorite snacks are things like cherries, grapes, and fruit cups. (I used to eat pinaple too but apparently I'm really, really, allergic to pineapple so I can't eat it anymore) because they are fruit, it's very good for you, so you can eat it as much as you want and not feel too terribly guilty about it (everything in moderation though) plus fruit tastes alot better then vegetables in my opinion. My dad gripes that there are alot of natural sugars in fruit, but I think the benefits outweigh the amount of sugar in them.

Aparently, the BEST fruit for you is the apple. (And not just because it keeps the doctor away either) which is good because it's the easiest to get ahold of, and it's probably the most filling (for me at least.)
