I'm sorry - but we all revert to old patterns sometimes. Like you said to me after my last relapse, you just have to learn from it and start over. I know you could do it.

I wish there was AA that you could go to where you are, because I find it really helpful.

I know short term drinking makes the pain go away, but long term it doesn't change anything and it just leaves you with a hangover and feeling worse & even more scary could take you back to other drugs. I know you don't want to go back there for Jeremy's sake.

Just start over and take it one day at a time.
