Thank you to all my friends who reminded me that I can do this - one slip is not the end of the world.

Ive gotten rid of the rest of the booze and even got mom to hold my sedatives except for what i need for today because i know mentally im not in the best place today.

I know i can do this again, it just feels so dumb. I did alot of dumb things last night including drunk dialing people and even my boyfriend. Thank god hes forgiven me and is encouraging me to get right back on the wagon and is not mad.
