Thanks for the post, very interesting to read and I will follow through with your suggestions.
Its the second day of my no sugar diet (the bad sugar) and I feel around 50% better than I did when I first joined this forum 3 or so days ago. I feel more active and just with it in the brain side of things.
Also a good side effect of no sugar is the fact that I slept like a baby last night, I had a couple of decent dreams that were fun. And woke up feeling better than I normally do. For lunch I had a decent salad sammie and now I feel relaxed and with it all....not all wound up like I did.
I feel/think that my main problems come from my diet and the fact that I dont think 100% about the thoughts Im having and where they are taking my mental health...so by being more in the now and preparing for the tomorrows I think I should be better.
FYI - I did have a decent check up around 3 or so years ago, it involved full heart inspections or what ever you call em, blood pressure blah blah blah..and I came out good..
