Write down concrete things are eating away at you, not just feelings but what's causing the feelings. You can do this, you are stronger than you are giving yourself credit for. Once you have your list, pick the
smallest thing, not the biggest. The easiest thing to change. I know you feel worthless and like it doesn't matter. I've read your blog. But think of this: every person, every single person we have contact with, we leave a mark. Big or small, we leave a mark. You are here for a reason. Who knows what the reason is or what person will read something you've written and it will change their life. If you weren't here, that wouldn't happen. Are you at home? If you are, take a step outside. Even if it's raining. Sit on your porch, change your environment, even for a few minutes. If you are at work, get up and walk around for a minute. You don't have to talk to anyone, just breathe and walk. Have one good thought during that time. If you can start with only one positive thought a day, that's a start.
