I feel your frustration. I can only hope that time will help with the stigma and then rights and help for people with mental illnesses change for the better. Look at what it was like for other minority groups. African Americans were treated appallingly and now we have an African American running for president. Gay people were beat to death and ostracized and thought to be crazy and now they are accepted readily by much of society and have the right to become married. This proves to me that it is possible. We may not see it come about, but it gives me hope.
The other web site I’ve visited with a bipolar forum is health boards.com, but I prefer it here because all posts must go through a moderator before being added and this process can take hours. The moderators are also quite rude at times to people there, admonishing them rather like one would a naughty child.
