I was rudely removed from me house by CYS they said I was a danger to me kids because im bipolar and my meds were to strong so I stopped taking them and thats when they dropped me off at a bus stop and BAM I was homeless.

I just back with my and kids last year . The same as you i dont wont to !!@%$ things up for them again. But what I found is that they need me & That my wife and kids loved me I have limits of what I can do and I know that know I dont force myself into something that may trigger me the way I use to.Ya im not the perfect dad but who is .When I was trying to be like all the other dads is when I kept @#$% up and once I got the ball rolling it didnt stop .So be your self know your limits .Its be a long and rocky road back but im glad I took it .
