I have not had it done either. But I have heard like bebop said they do not want you to have any pain. Try not to look at the needles. Another thing to ask for is a nurse or someone who can sit up by your head. That way you can talk to someone. Keep your head turned and be focased on something else.
They should be giving you something to calm you too. You can ask for that.
You are doing the right thing getting it taken care of.
