Hi Jet, I read your letter to your friend and wish that you would not start it in such a self negative way. You feel a need to share this information and I would like it to be safe for you. Hi---I have wanted to speak with you about something that is too hard to say face to face. I sometimes have such great emotional pain that I self injure my body as a way of dealing with it. When I do this my body releases endorphins which help with the emotional pain temporarily.... What do you think?
