contribute it to Hurricane Ike.....The nation's only refineries are located in Texas...and if they cant refine oil.....supply is limited....therefore price goes up because the demand is still there

if we can convice all these frippin liberals to build more refineries and drill more oil here in the U.S., we wouldnt be in this situation
