Alright now, I'm as liberal as they get, but I'm not apposed to building more refineries or even drilling. So just leave the liberal word out of it.

Think one of the reasons why we don't have more refineries is because that would cut into the oil companies profits. They would have to spend money on building them. And then they wouldn't have the record high gas prices to make a profit on. So they have no reason to build refineries. They want to keep the money their making.

I really excepted that the price would go up due to the hurricane, it normally does. But I've never seen it go up over a dollar in one night, .30 or .50 cents is what normally happens during a hurricane.
