There is really nothing you can do "at home" for a chemical burn.
As much as you hate the hospital, it is really the only place you can go to to have this fixed (or at least stop the damage from spreading to different parts of your body)
For the time being, you could try flushing the chemical off of you, put your hand and arm under ALOT of water (make sure it has pressure too) for at least 20 minutes and make sure that the water does not touch any other parts of your body that hav't been burned yet for any of the stuff that is remaining on your skin, by the sounds (twitching, dizzy, head hurts, etc.) of things it might have gotten into your body and is affecting your nervous system and that's a serious problem.
