What if you told them the truth and that you didn't know because of dissasociation?
(Or would that just make them ask more questions?)
Regardless of what type of clinic, you need to go there as soon as you can (most preferably imeadiately, or tomarrow) before more damage is done. Who knows what effect it could be doing inside your body, considering how it seriously warped your skin on the outside.
I could ask my old chemisty teacher what kind of chemical would cause symptoms like that, she used to work with all kinds of nasty chemicals before she became a teacher so maybe she would know. BUT you can't wait that long until Monday!
I'm not trying to freak you out by saying all of these things but I know this situation is very serious!
