it is a bad situation to be in. it hurts dangit!

so what i do so that I don't have to deal with the Dr. saying 'no' and the insurance messing it up anyway whenever it gets involved, is to cut back on easy days, a half pill here, a half pill there.

this way I have a few if ever something happens.

once, a half bottle of ativan disappeared from my home and the only person who had been here was a housecleaner!

did it help me get a refill, no.

I went to an urgent care place and they helped for a week.

so, I did half doses until the next refill.

I usually don't have issues either.
