I use a daily diary card to keep track of the skills that I use each day. I don't circle wise mind very often. lol Guess that's something I really need to work at. I've been in DBT about the same amount of time. We're just getting into emotion regulation, had our first class this past Thursday (just an introduction). I can already see that it's a module that will help me greatly.
Thank you for the encouragement. I go over the situation in my mind once in a while and think I did the best job I could with the skills I have. It would have been easier to just quit group so I wouldn't have had to face the other person, but in the long run, the benefits are greater for dealing with it directly.

I'm glad to know that you feel you are benefiting from meds and DBT. It always makes me feel hopeful to see someone 'in my shoes' doing the work it takes and being successful. Thanks for posting!
