you need a prescription for silverdine (sp?) or something that sounds like that.
it is an rx with a burn antibiotic/antiseptic in it.

are you in position to ask the pharmacy to call your physician and have them make up the cream for you?

if not, call the clinic and see if the Dr. you saw there will.

It will keep infection at bay and help you till you can use vitamin E and aloe on the burn.

that's all I know re:burns from a personal experience with a 3rd degree accidental burn once.
