Hi everyone!

Ok, I was taking Lexpro for a while and even after my Dr upped the dosage it was not helping, so she switched me to Wellbutrin XL. Last week I cut my lexapro dosage in half and did that for a week and then took nothing for two days (which is what the doc said) then she said start the welbutrin. So today was the day i started it and I really dont feel like. Like if I turn my head too fast i get dizy, etc. I dont know if its the meds or what , it coudl be all in myhead? any ideas? I really did not feel bad until today
